R&D Capability
Company Technology Center: It has a technical R&D team of over 60 people. With the management principles of "setting goals, building teams, establishing mechanisms, increasing investment, integrating three aspects, strengthening the system, pursuing innovation, and emphasizing efficiency", and with a research and development strategy mainly based on independent research and supplemented by industry-university-research cooperation, it achieves continuous breakthroughs and sustained leadership in product technology, process technology, and material technology. It possesses comprehensive digital and simulation-assisted product development capabilities, including: project management platform, parametric design software, dynamic and static three-dimensional simulation, CAE strength verification, life prediction, etc. It also extensively conducts industry-university-research cooperation with institutions such as Northeast University, the Institute of Metal Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, enabling its R&D and product development capabilities to be at the industry-leading level.
