The company has continuously pursued standard-setting efforts, having obtained ISO 9001 quality system certification in 1997, the German VDA 6.1 certification for the automotive industry and the U.S. QS-9000 standard certification in 2000, followed by ISO/TS 16949 certification in 2013 and the more recent IATF 16949 quality certification in 2018.
To strengthen our competitive edge in quality, we have upgraded and automated key production processes, ensuring stable process control and significantly lowering the after-sales "three-guarantee" claim rate—far below the industry average.
